Track Pre- Season 2019

Date: January 15 - February 9, 2019     Cost: $50 or free with expressed commitment to the track race season  

Practice Days: Tuesday and Thursday at 5pm and Saturday at 8:30am

Location: Irvine

Focus: Pre-Season training will focus on strength development and overall conditioning, establishing a base to grow from heading into the race season.

Pre - Season conditioning is designed for all running disciplines: sprints (100m - 400m), mid distance (400m - 800m), and long distance (1500m - 3000m)
